Once you've added a lead, at any time you may want to add another contact to their record. This could be an adult child, attorney, or geriatric care manager.
To add another contact, go to the lead record that you want to add the contact to. On the left side of the screen, under Leads, click on the OtherContacts tab. To add a new contact click Add on the right side of your screen.
If the person you’re adding and the prospect share the same last name, REPS will ask if this is a duplicate record. If it is not, toggle Not a duplicate. Add the record. Click Ok.
This is your opportunity to add as much detail about the other contact as you see fit. This is shown on the next screenshot.
When finished, click Save.
Now that you've added the lead, you can keep track of the activities related the them. If that person contacts you on the prospect’s behalf, you can note that in an activity.
