How to See Changes in Status Code Over Time

REPS doesn't make it easy to see how the status code of a specific lead has changed over time. Sure, you can look up each activity and see if things changed from one to the next, but shouldn't there be an eaiser way to get a snapshot?

Of course there is! 

You can look at a Completed Activity Log for JUST that person, which will give you the history of intereactions as well as the progression of the status codes over time!

Reports -> Activity -> Completed Activity Log

You don't have to change the report settings at all. The only thing you need to do is go into the Additional Selection Criteria window, and in the Contact Name field at the very, very top of the window, type the person’s last name, then a comma, then their first name, like this:


Then, if you hit ok and print, you should get a list of all the activities with that lead and you’ll be able to see the status code changes over time. Nice!
