Want to Know How Many People You Have in Each Status Code?

This is actually a great report that has lots of useful applications once you understand how it works. Here's how to run a simple report to get the count by status code.

  • Reports -> Analysis -> Lead Count Analysis
  • Change “Leads by” to Status Code

You don’t need to make any other changes to the report set up. Just hit Print.

If you want to look at the current status code of leads added during a certain time frame (like if you wanted to know what all of your 2014 leads looked like right now), change “Use Date Field” to Record AddedDate, type 1/1/14 in the Beginning Date field and 12/31/14 in the Ending Date field. You could use any date range you want. Don’t change anything else and hit Print.

This way, the report will show you how many leads you have in each status code. Change the "Leads by" field to get additional information... Try plugging in “Contact City” in the “Leads by” field. Might give you an interesting perspective! ;-)

Awesome post. Articles that have significant and smart contents are more enjoyable, in any event to me. It's interesting to peruse what other individuals thought and how it identifies with them or their customers, as their perspective could help you in the future.View More :
