How to Keep Track of a Deceased "Second Person"

There is a weird glitch in REPS that doesn’t let you delete a 2nd person. There are two options for dealing with their death.

One is to put the first name of the deceased person in parenthesis and leave it in the 2nd person box. I generally suggest putting parenthesis around the first name of anyone who dies so that everyone who looks at the record knows instantly that they have died. Tracking Disconnected Phone Numbers in REPS

Clients often ask me how to track bad phone numbers in REPS. You don't want to just delete the phone number because you want a record of the fact that it is no longer in service. Otherwise it would be too easy to accidently find it in your notes or online one day in the future and think it's the right number.
