"Re-inquiry" is the label REPS uses to describe each time an existing lead reaches out to you in response to some sort of marketing tactic you've put into the market place. REPS doesn't make it easy to see how the status code of a specific lead has changed over time. Sure, you can look up each activity and see if things changed from one to the next, but shouldn't there be an eaiser way to get a snapshot?

You can look at a Completed Activity Log for JUST that person, which will give you the history of intereactions as well as the progression of the status codes over time!
