What is a re-inquiry?
"Re-inquiry" is the label REPS uses to describe each time an existing lead reaches out to you in response to some sort of marketing tactic you've put into the market place. Second Person Box

Here’s what to do when one member of the couple passes away:
What you don’t want to do is delete or deactivate them because there could be historical activities or other notes associated with the person who passed away.
