How to Export a List of Email Addresses

How to See Changes in Status Code Over Time

REPS doesn't make it easy to see how the status code of a specific lead has changed over time. Sure, you can look up each activity and see if things changed from one to the next, but shouldn't there be an eaiser way to get a snapshot?


Of course there is! 


You can look at a Completed Activity Log for JUST that person, which will give you the history of intereactions as well as the progression of the status codes over time!

Want to Know How Many People You Have in Each Status Code?

This is actually a great report that has lots of useful applications once you understand how it works. Here's how to run a simple report to get the count by status code.

  • Reports -> Analysis -> Lead Count Analysis
  • Change “Leads by” to Status Code

You don’t need to make any other changes to the report set up. Just hit Print.

Want a list of all your active leads who don't have a follow-up activity scheduled? It's easy. Here's how:


 

Reports -> Marketing -> Contact Listing

 

In Selection Criteria:

1. In Sales Counselor, choose yourself

2. In Status Codes, select the codes you use for active leads

3. In the Next Cont Date field (quite close to the bottom), add one exclamation point in the From column, which gives you everyone who has a BLANK next...
