What is a re-inquiry?
"Re-inquiry" is the label REPS uses to describe each time an existing lead reaches out to you in response to some sort of marketing tactic you've put into the market place. Once you've added a lead, at any time you may want to add another contact to their record. This could be an adult child, attorney, or geriatric care manager.
To add another contact, go to the lead record that you want to add the contact to. On the left side of the screen, under Leads, click on the Other Contacts tab. To add a new contact click Add on the right side of your screen.

Second Person Box
First, let's clarify just who the "2nd Person" is. Usually the second person is the spouse of the prospect. When adding the spouse’s name in the Prospect page, make sure you put it in the 2nd Person box (shown in red below.) Even though they seem like a unit, it will cause problems down the road if you make the mistake of putting both names (e.g. Betty and Don) in the First Name field on the Contact page.Read Full Post »

When a lead calls, how that unfolds should be divided into individual steps and each step should be entered as a separate activity:

LOA (Leave of Absence)
Use this if someone leaves for a while but is coming back. Most communities do not use this at all. If you’re using REPS as your go-to source to know who is in the building at any given moment (like in case of an emergency), then you might want to use this, but for most, it’s overkill.

We need help trying to pull a report. We want to know who in our lead base prefers a specific type of apartment. More specifically, a report of who prefers 2BRs and so on.

Here’s what to do when one member of the couple passes away:
What you don’t want to do is delete or deactivate them because there could be historical activities or other notes associated with the person who passed away.
